Garden of Paths

The Garden of Paths, formerly known as The Garden of the Three Paths, is a location in Valgarde City that allows players to purchase buffs with their experience levels. There are three main paths, Fighter, Defender and Scout, each with their own unique attributes. There is also a preliminary 'Novice' rank that simply gives extra health. At level 60 the player gets access to the two hybrid classes: Knight, which is a hybrid between Fighter and Defender and Cleric, which is a hybrid between Defender and Scout.

Overview

The path system is based on the player's experience level and which dungeons the player has defeated. The higher a player levels up and the more dungeons they defeat, the more upgrades they can unlock in the garden. Below is a chart detailing the perks of all three paths, as well as the experience and dungeon requirements for each level of progression.

Trivia

  • In SHO 2.0 the rank you were able to get was determined by dungeon floor tags. You were able to reach a max rank of Novice II before needing to clear floor 1 of the dungeon.
  • Before SHO 3.2 the level requirements were much higher. The highest level Novice hats required 50 levels and the first class hat required 60 levels.
